July 19, 2016I am the proud mother of two beautiful, inside and out, girls.
Both of these beauties have gorgeous red hair and blue eyes. I wanted so badly to name this adventure after my favorites. So the name GingerSnap PhotoCamper was created and now we call our 1967 Scotty Serro Highlander, Ginger, after my loves. Plus who can resist a delicious homemade, soft and chewy, Gingersnap cookie?
